The Clock application has a few shortcuts of its own. To access the Clock application, press the Menu key from the Home screen, select Applications, and then select Clock.

Press the B key to enter Bedside Mode, which lets you view the BlackBerry’s clock and effectively send calls and messages to voicemail and your inbox, respectively. To exit Bedside mode, simply press the Escape key. While in Bedside mode, you can adjust settings by pressing the Menu key and selecting Options. From this menu, scroll down to the Bedside Mode options to enable or disable the new message LED, enable or disable the radio, enable or disable screen dimming, and choose the default sound profile for Bedside Mode.

While in the Clock utility, you can press the S key to enter Stopwatch Mode, which lets you record times and track multiple times via the Lap function. Press the T key while viewing the Clock to access the Timer, which lets you set a timer and alarm. To change the Timer’s settings, just press the Menu key and then select Set Timer.
