How To Disable The Program Not Responding. Have we ever had where we open the program that has "hang" or not responding? If so, surely this sort of thing is very annoying at all. If it is so we have to do close programs that have "jam" and this is very annoying. By tinkering with the registry, we can kill not responding programs automatically. Steps to turn off automatically program not responding via the Windows Registry are as follows.

First, run the registry by clicking Start>> Run>> then type "regedit" then ENTER or OK so the Registry Editor window appears.

Second, click the HKEY_USERS \. DEFAULT \ Control Panel \ Desktop

Third, on the right panel, locate and double click on the "AutoEndTasks" until the Edit String window appears, as below.

Fourth, change the value data to 1.

Fifth, close the Windows registry.

Sixth, restart the computer.
