Your webOS-based device makes it easy to add multiple email addresses. Choosing one as the default address, however, makes sure that when you send a new email using Just Type or by tapping on an email address from within a Web site or document, it comes from a specific email address. Keep in mind, the default email address will be overridden whenever you reply to an email that was delivered to another address or create a new email from within an inbox for an email address other than the default.

To set one of your email addresses as the default, launch the Email app by tapping the envelope icon from the bottom edge of the screen and then swiping down from the top-left corner of the screen to display the drop-down menu. Next, tap Preferences & Accounts, scroll down to Default Account, and then tap on it. Mark the email address you want to become your new default account. Then just swipe to the left in the gesture area to exit.
